Hosted by Dr. Pariya Kashfi, decision scientist (PhD) and founder of Decisive Move.

The table set for a Decisive Move Evening: worksheets, glasses and flowers

Not a networking event.

Each evening is built around one question everyone has an answer to, like the busy work that kept you occupied this week and moved nothing.

We start in a circle with a short, honest round. I share a few minutes of decision science on why capable people stall. Then you go deeper in pairs, and we come back together before an open mingle.

You leave having said something true out loud, met people who get it, and with one thing you'd like to move.

Questions

Who comes?

Women building something of their own, often next to a job, and women in senior roles weighing their next move. Most come alone.

Do I have to share?

You share as much as you want. The opening round is one sentence, and the deeper conversation happens in pairs.

Why is there a fee?

150 SEK keeps the seats for people who really come. It covers the evening; it isn't where I make money.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, please. Ask her to apply too and mention your name.

Bring the move you've been circling. Leave with people who get it.
