For leaders · future founders · business owners

From "let's see"
to "I'm doing it."

The business idea still in your notes. The offer you keep refining instead of sending. The role you've outgrown. You already know the next step. Something keeps you from taking it.

Decisive Move is 12 weeks of in-depth coaching to decide with confidence, lead with your own voice, be seen for your work, and move on what matters most to you.

The Pattern

You have what it takes.
It's still not happening.

In a company or running your own, you've done the hard part. You're good at what you do. What's missing is owning it:

01You've been thinking about the move for 3 months. Maybe 6. With little or no real progress.
02Your current state and role take all your energy. You're firefighting, taking on too much, and there's no headspace left for your next chapter, whether that's a step up or your own thing.
03You have 3 viable paths in front of you. You haven't picked one. You keep researching.
04You keep polishing your offer instead of sharing it with the people who could buy it.
05You keep your prices low and over-deliver, to prove you're worth it.
06You run every idea past someone else before you trust your own judgment.
07You delay the decision because you want certainty before you move. Or you wait to feel credible enough, ready enough, confident enough. Maybe one more course will do it.
08You know your patterns. You've done the self-work. But in action, things still look the same as before. You don't know how to go from knowing to changing.
09You keep your promises to everyone else before your own. Your ideas keep collecting dust.
10You stay in the role · hold the price · keep the client · hide the visibility, even though you already know.

This isn't a confidence problem. It isn't a clarity problem. It isn't a knowledge problem.

It's a pattern in how you decide and move. A specific, repeatable pattern that shows up in smart, ambitious women who have outgrown where they are, and haven't stepped into what's next yet. It doesn't break by working harder, journaling more, or thinking it through again. It breaks by interrupting it.

The Method

A way of deciding and acting.
Three things change, week by week.

Decision science, design thinking and mental fitness, applied to the move that matters to you now: a decision at work, a bigger role, your own business, a price, being seen, or deciding it's not yet.

The Daily Practice
01Catch

You catch the old pattern before it decides for you. You learn to catch perfectionism, hesitation, permission-seeking or any other pattern running you, in real time: in the actual decisions and actions of this week, not after the fact. Knowing your pattern doesn't stop it. Catching it as it happens lets you choose differently, before it costs you.

The everyday work that makes change last.

The Foundation
02Own

You own your voice and learn to take space. You stop holding back or apologizing for who you are and what you want to put into the world. You define what success, meaning and impact mean to you, not what's prescribed. Your values and your most confident persona become the anchor for your decisions, so you no longer run on discipline and motivation alone.

You become the anchor of every decision and action, not your patterns, not external validation.

The Philosophy
03Move

You run experiments, not irreversible commitments. You stop waiting to feel clear, confident or ready. Those come from moving, not before it. You don't need a big leap: you start with what you already have, run a small experiment in a week, learn from it and iterate. Instead of analyzing more, you get comfortable with movement, not perfection.

The mindset shift clients call "life-changing."

The result: you make decisions you trust, own your next chapter, and start building the work or business you've been holding back. Not in one big leap, but in real steps that add up.

The Difference

Three disciplines
almost no one combines.

Decision science. Innovation methods. Mental fitness. Combined in one way of working, and not traditional career, life or business coaching. It's strategy. It's systems. And it's the mindset you need to keep moving. I founded Decisive Move to bring you that golden blend, so you get out of your head and make real progress, one decisive move at a time.

01

Decision science

How people actually decide, with too little time and incomplete information. And what to do when your brain wants certainty first.

02

Innovation methods

Design thinking: small, reversible experiments. The way products get tested before launch, applied to your work and your next step.

03

Mental fitness

A workout for your mind. You interrupt old patterns as they happen and train new ones in their place, building the strong mind you need to step up and take space.

20+ years across academia, tech, and leadership in complex high-performance environments. Three career pivots, including one in my 40s. I now lead a coaching practice for smart, ambitious women stuck on the move they already see, sharing the system I had to build for myself, refined across every client.

My work focuses on one thing: helping you make decisions you trust and actually follow through on. So you don't keep delaying the move you already know is there.

What actually happens

Things start moving
in the first weeks.

You don't wait 12 weeks for a change. Tangible results often start in the very first week.

Who this is built for

Is it for you?

Probably not, if you

  • Are looking for a quick fix or more inspiration
  • Want someone to tell you what to do
  • Want someone to build your business or write your content for you
  • Want to keep planning, and aren't ready to try anything yet

Yes, if you

  • Are good at what you do, and know there's more in you than your current job title
  • Want to build something of your own, next to your job or after it, or grow the business you've started
  • Want your work to mean something, in line with your values
  • Want structure and support while you act, not more information
  • Can give it a few hours a week for 12 weeks, and are ready to try things before you feel ready
Questions

Before you book.

What if I have several directions and don't know which one to pick?

That's where many clients start. We don't wait for the right answer to appear. We test your options in small, safe experiments, so you get real information and choose a direction for now.

Does this work next to a demanding full-time role?

Yes. Most of my clients have one. Your weekly steps are sized to fit your week, and you can message me between sessions when something comes up.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I start?

No. You need to want to move. Getting clear on what you want is part of the work, and it comes faster from trying things than from more thinking.

How is this different from therapy, executive coaching or business consulting?

It's forward-looking and practical. We work on your real decisions and what keeps you from acting on them, and I give you my input on strategy, visibility and systems along the way. It isn't therapy, and I don't do the work for you.

How personal is it, if part of it is in a group?

The 1:1 sessions every week are built around you. The group sessions add a small circle of women working on their own moves, so you see your patterns from the outside and keep each other going.
